This resource page is designed to provide sound biblical advice concerning day-to-day challenges. It is a challenge to maintain our sanctification in this world. St. John 17:16 states, "They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world." We are commanded to refrain from conforming to this world (Rom 12:2). We have to deal with the struggles of life with the strong conviction of Christ's presence in our lives. God's word is ever present, the word of God stands forever (Isa 40:8). By trusting God, we can endure our trials and tribulations. Our topics include:                     
Mental health and behavior psychology: II Tim 1:7 "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." A sound mind is a peaceful mind, a mind without chaos and confusion. The Lord said he will keep us in perfect peace as long as our minds are stayed on him (Isa 26:3). It is a blessing to have a quiet peaceful mind; our psychology topics will discover ways to maintain a quiet mind.
Healthy eating and dietary law:  The Lord gave us a holy diet to keep our bodies clean (Lev 11:1-44; Deu 14:3-20). Eating healthy foods can decrease your chance of developing certain diseases: high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol. etc.
 
Exercise and fitness: Our bodies are of the temple of the Lord (I Cor 6:19). There are true health benefits in engaging in physical fitness. Our exercise and fitness topics will provide information on the correlation with fitness, and its influence on the mind and behavior. 
 Child rearing and parental guidance:  "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Prov 22:6). We will discuss appropriate disciplinary techniques which fosters positive relationships within the family. Just as we are sanctified and set apart, our children should be also. 
Love and marital bliss  And God said it is not good that man should be alone (Gen 2:18). The bible's view of love and marriage  honors the binding contractual agreement amongst two people. Our marriage topics help restore the sanctity of love and reiterate the importance of "One Flesh."
