In this study we will clearly establish the following Truth:

 

• Why the Apocrypha is not part of God's inpired word the KJV " NO LIE IS OF THE TRUTH"

• When was the Apocrypha added and by who,and then removed " ADD NOT TO HIS WORD...."

• What are some of the doctrinal errors,lies and contridiction to the scriptures of truth exclusively found in the apocrypha" ..LEST HE REPOVE THEE,AND THOU BE FOUND A LIAR".

Their best attempt to establish the Apocrypha by using Jesus and the feast of dedication to condone the Apocrypha as a legitament addition to the KJV debunked:

THIS NOT A RELGIOUS OBSERVANCE FOR SALVATION  both the feast of dedication and purim were national civil observances like unto America's Labor day or the 4th of July which only exist because they are American observances  but nowhere can you read where JESUS or HIS APOSTLES Observed Purim found in Esther 9:26-32  a Jew observance.

 

These civil observance are not found in Leviticus 23rd Chapter. They contend that this civil observance is alluded to in the Apocrypha therefore if Jesus observed it we must also do the same. But the Apostle Paul informs us that we no longer know Jesus after the flesh, therefore such observances is not required  AND FURTHER MORE WE WILL PROVE THE APOCRYPHA NEVER WAS EITHER:

                        Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known

                               Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.2 Cor 5:16

What is the Apocrypha anyway?
 

The Apocrypha is a collection of uninspired, spurious books written between 400 - 200 BC by various individuals mixed with poor attempts to plagiarized true scripture and to add excessive distortions to what you already know from the holy scripture. There is not one single doctrine needed concerning salvation that can be found in the Apocrypha that the KJV doesn’t already complete or supply. The Catholic religion however considers these books as scripture just like a Bible-believer believes that our 66 books are the word of God, i.e., Genesis to Revelation. We are going to examine some verses from the Apocrypha later in our discussion.

When was the Apocrypha added and by who?

 

In common usage, Apocrypha refers to the 11 books (some say 14) made a part of some Bibles by the Roman Catholic Church. the Synod of Rome (382), the Council of Hippo (393), the Council of Carthage (397), a letter from Pope Innocent I to Exsuperius, Bishop of Toulouse (405), and the Second Council of Carthage (419).

 

In every instance, the canon was identical to what Catholic Bibles contain today. In other words, from the end of the third century on compromising Christians accepted the Catholic Church's decision in this matter  a time when the Pagaization of Christianity was in full effect and true Christianity was under great oppression. 

 

The Apocrypha was written between the third and first centuries B.C.E. in the period between the Old and New Testaments. Because of that, some Bibles place the Apocrypha between their Old and New Testament pages.

At the Council of Trent (1546) the Roman Catholic religion pronounced the apocryphal books as sacred by omitting 3 books they asserted that the apocryphal books together with unwritten tradition are of God and are to be received and venerated as the Word of God. So now you have the Bible, the Apocrypha and Catholic Tradition as co-equal sources of truth for the Catholic verses what's become known as the protestant format  in the 66 books we have today. In practice, the Bible is the last source of truth for Catholics. Catholics do not believe that the Bible is the final authority in God's complete revelation for man. ( Note some Apocrypha books have alternate titles)

Many pro Apocrypha users who defend their belief in the Apocrypha when you point out it's false doctrines like to say " That's not in there" and or  they'll use another favorite tool of Satan “ cast doubt on the recognized canon” by asserting that no Bible is good and that corruption exist in the Holy scriptures between Genesis and Malachi and between Matthews and Revelations to justify their inserting of the Apocrypha when there really isn't; this is none other than a distraction tactic from Satan. 

 

Commonly Known Reasons Why the Apocrypha Isn't in the Bible?

 

1. Not one of the apocryphal books in English has a source manuscript written in the Hebrew language, which was alone used by the inspired Prophets, historians and poets of the Old Testament. All Apocryphal books are in Greek, except one which is extant only in Latin and  all were contained in a Greek septugent supposedly composed by 70 elders from the 12 tribes of Israel written before the manifestation of Christ in the flesh.

 

2. The apocryphal books were never acknowledged as sacred scriptures by the Jews, custodians of the Hebrew scriptures (the apocrypha was written prior to the New Testament). In fact, the Jewish people rejected and destroyed the apocrypha during the overthrow of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. 

 

3. The apocryphal books were not permitted among the sacred books during the first four centuries of the real Christian church thus the removal of the Apocrypha in 1825 accurately reflected the canon of the true church prior to the Paganization of Christianity during the 3rd and 4th centuries. The format we have now in the KJV 66 books today WITHOUT THE APOCRYPHA directly mirrors the early church.

 

 

4. The Apocrypha contains fabulous statements which not only contradict the "canonical" scriptures but themselves. For example The Book of the Wisdom of Solomon {1:13} For God made not death: neither hath he pleasure in the destruction of the living. {1:14} For he created all things, that they might have their being: and the generations of the world were healthful; and there is no poison of destruction in them, nor the kingdom of death upon the earth:

 

furthermore the Apocrypha states in Sirach (Ecclesiasticus 49:14) “Enoch was taken from the earth” which conflicts directly with the statement made by Jesus  “ No man hath ascended to heaven but he that came down from heaven…” which leaves the door open for Satans doctrine that people go to heaven, and if Enoch isn't dead and he's not on the earth, what else remains?

 

 

5.    The Apocrypha includes doctrines in variance with the Bible, such as Wisdom condones crooked ways, Adam has a body but no soul, Jesus was here for 400 years and an Angel from God that condones sorcery. See proof in the section “ THE INQUITIY,AND FALSE DOCTRINES OF THE APOCRYPHA EXPOSED”containing the actual verses extracted from the Apocrypha.

 

6.    NO APOCRYPHA BOOK  BY TITLE IS DIRECTLY REFERRED TO  BY JESUS OR ANY OF HIS APOSTLES as authoritive whereas the Old Testament is referred to multiple times as having authority here's are some examples:

•   (Luke 4:17)And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Isaiah.(No Book of Enoch Referenced

•   (Acts 1:20) For it is written in the book of Psalms

•    (Acts 8:28) Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Isaiah the prophet.

•   (Romans 9:25) As he saith also in Hosea  

•   (Matthew 2:17) Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying,

 

BUT NOWHERE CAN WE READ IN THE NEW TESTATMENT THE FOLLOWING:

 

• "The wise man Tobit wrote" 

• “thus it is written in the book of the wisdom of Sirac”

• "as it is said in the book of Judith"

• "as it is written in the book of Enoch"(He's only mention because he was a pre-flood saint) 

 

Some people who support the use of these books will claim to find the Apocrypha being used in the New Testament, they'll usually state that there are allusions made -- but not a direct quote by book. They'll find small phrases that are somewhat similar to something found in the Apocrypha (or plagiarized) and then exclaim, "See, a reference!" Yet, despite the desire, this isn't proof. It only means that similar topics might have been discussed. A common one is a mention in Hebrews 11 of an event found in II Maccabees. The books of Maccabees are historical accounts mixed with polluted and foreign doctrines. While not inspired by God, they are history i.e. similiar to a bible handbook. All the reference in Hebrews 11 tells us is that this part of history is true. It doesn't prove that the writer of Hebrews thought the book of II Maccabees was inspired of God. For example if I cite Josephus in this study, yet  EVERYBODY KNOWS that Josephus  writtings are not to be elevated to the level of "inspired by God" but  merely falls under the catorgory of a supporting historical reference . A citation is not enough to prove canonicity.

 

7.The even Maccabees make historical references to what's called the Silent 400 years, a time period that gave rise to the sects called Pharisees and Sadducee sects that NEVER PROMOTED ANY OF THE WRITINGS OF THE APOCRYPHA. reference this link (http://www.centralcal.com/crist2.htm) ,when there was no prophets of God to write inspired materials:

• And they laid up the stones in the mountain of the temple in a convenient place, till there should come a prophet, and give answer concerning them. (1 Maccabees 4:46)

• And there was a great tribulation in Israel, such as was not since the day, that there was no prophet seen in Israel. (1 Maccabees 9:27)

• And that the Jews, and their priests, had consented that he should be their prince, and high priest for ever, till there should arise a faithful prophet. (1 Maccabees 14:41)

8. Jesus implicitly rejected the Apocrypha as Scripture by referring to the entire accepted Hebrew Canon of Scripture, “From the blood of Abel [Gen. 4:8] to the blood of Zechariah [2 Chron. 24:20], who was killed between the altar and the house of God; yes, I tell you, it shall be charged against this generation (Lk. 11:51; cf. Mt. 23:35).”

Abel was the first martyr in the Old Testament from the book of Genesis while Zechariah was the last martyr in the book of Chronicles.  In the Hebrew Canon, the first book was Genesis and the last book was Chronicles.  They contained all of the same books as the standard 39 books accepted by Protestants today, but they were just arranged differently.  For example, all of the 12 minor prophets (Hosea through Malachi) were contained in one book.  This is why there are only 24 books in the Hebrew Bible today.  By Jesus' referring to Abel and Zachariah, He was canvassing the entire Canon of the Hebrew Scriptures which included the same 39 books as Protestants of the pope accept today.  Therefore, Jesus implicitly rejected the Apocrypha as Scripture.

9. Because of these and other reasons, the apocryphal books are to be fully rejected by any true KJV bible teacher or ministry THAT WILL NOT COMPROMISE THE WORD OF GOD nor give heed to the seducing spirit of arrogance that they know more because they have more removed or lost books than what  we have. 

 

THE INIQUITIES AND FALSE DOCTRINES OF

THE APOCRYPHA EXPOSED

 Woe to her that is filthy and polluted, to the oppressing city! She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in theLord; she drew not near to her God. Her princes within her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they gnaw not the bones till the morrow. Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have polluted the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law. The just Lord is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.

The Apocrypha contains this Solo Prophecy of which NO OTHER OLD TESTAMENT PROPHET EVER MENTIONS
 

 

When in fact if that prophecy had any origin from Lord God of the Holy Prophets it would meet the following requirements:

 

 

 1)  And the spirits of the prophets ARE SUBJECT TO THE PROPHETS. (1 Cor 14:32)
2)  But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, THAT IN THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES EVERY WORD MAY BE ESTABLISHED. Mat 18:16

 3)  But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, AS HE HATH DECLARED TO HIS SERVANTS THE PROPHETS.(Rev 10:7)

 

1 Then saw I a dream, and, behold, there came up from the sea an eagle, which had twelve feathered wings, and three heads. 2 And I saw, and, behold, she spread her wings over all the earth, and all the winds of the air blew on her, and were gathered together. 3 And I beheld, and out of her feathers there grew other contrary feathers; and they became little feathers and small. 4 But her heads were at rest: the head in the midst was greater than the other, yet rested it with the residue. 5 Moreover I beheld, and, lo, the eagle flew with her feathers, and reigned upon earth, and over them that dwelt therein. 6 And I saw that all things under heaven were subject unto her, and no man spake against her, no, not one creature upon earth.

This wisdom condones crooked ways.

11Wisdom exalteth her children, and layeth hold of them that seek her. 12 He that loveth her loveth life; and they that seek to her early shall be filled with joy. 13 He that holdeth her fast shall inherit glory; and wheresoever she entereth, the Lord will bless. 14They that serve her shall minister to the Holy One: and them that love her the Lord doth love. 15 Whoso giveth ear unto her shall judge the nations: and he that attendeth unto her shall dwell securely. 16 If a man commit himself unto her, he shall inherit her; and his generation shall hold her in possession. 17For at the first she will walk with him by crooked ways, and bring fear and dread upon him, and torment him with her discipline, until she may trust his soul, and try him by her laws. 18 Then will she return the straight way unto him, and comfort him, and shew him her secrets. 19 But if he go wrong, she will forsake him, and give him over to his own ruin.

 

Question? since when does the wisdom of God get involve with crooked ways: James 3:15
This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
 

Says Adam body was without  Soul.

(2 Esdra3:5)

4 O Lord, who bearest rule, thou spakest at the beginning, when thou didst plant the earth, and that thyself alone, and commandedst the people, 5And gavest a body unto Adam without soul, which was the workmanship of thine hands, and didst breathe into him the breath of life, and he was made living before thee.
 

                                                              Directly Contradicts the following passages;
 

And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and MAN BECAME A LIVING SOUL. (Genesis 2:7)

 

And so it is written, THE FIRST MAN ADAM WAS MADE A LIVING SOUL; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. (1 Corinthians 15:45)

 

Condones sorcery.

(Tobit 6:5-8,15-17)

3 Then the angel said unto him, Take the fish. And the young man laid hold of the fish, and drew it to land. To whom the angel said, Open the fish, and take the heart and the liver and the gall, and put them up safely. So the young man did as the angel commanded him; and when they had roasted the fish, they did eat it: then they both went on their way, till they drew near to Ecbatane. Then the young man said to the angel, Brother Azarias, to what use is the heart and the liver and the gal of the fish? 7 And he said unto him, Touching the heart and the liver, if a devil or an evil spirit trouble any, we must make a smoke thereof before the man or the woman, and the party shall be no more vexed...….. 15Then the angel said unto him, Dost thou not remember the precepts which thy father gave thee, that thou shouldest marry a wife of thine own kindred? wherefore hear me, O my brother; for she shall be given thee to wife; and make thou no reckoning of the evil spirit; for this same night shall she be given thee in marriage. Says that God did not make Death, but he Creates All things.

(Wisdom of Solomon 1:13-14)

Wisdom of Solomon{16:12} For it was neither herb, nor mollifying plaister, that restored them to health: but thy word, O Lord, which healeth all things. {16:13} For thou hast power of life and death: thou leadest to the gates of hell, and bringest up again. 
 BUT THE APOCRYPA SAYS HE DIDN’T CREATE DEATH!!!!

 

2 Esdras {3:7} And unto him thou gavest commandment to love thy way: which he transgressed, and immediately thou appointedst death in him and in his generations, of whom came nations, tribes, people, and kindreds, out of number.  

 

How could God appoint what he didn’t create?

 

Condones using money as Sin offering to make reconcilation for the dead .

(2 Maccabee 12:43-45) 

 

43 And when he had made a gathering throughout the company to the sum of two thousand drachms of silver, he sent it to Jerusalem to offer a sin offering, doing therein very well and honestly, in that he was mindful of the resurrection: 44 For if he had not hoped that they that were slain should have risen again, it had been superfluous and vain to pray for the dead. 45 And also in that he perceived that there was great favour laid up for those that died godly, it was an holy and good thought. Whereupon he made a reconciliation for the dead, that they might be delivered from sin.

False doctrine about giving:

(Tobit 12:9)

 

For almsgiving saves from death and purges away every sin. (Tobit 12:9)
{12:9} For alms doth deliver from death, and shall purge away all sin. Those that exercise alms and righteousness shall be filled with life:

 

In other words, almsgiving saves! This teaching would fit well with Catholic doctrine (especially in considering  their past). 

 

The follow passage refutes the above:

 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil. (Proverbs 16:6)             

 

 

False doctrine about where to place your bread.

(Tobit 4:16-17)

 

16 Give of thy bread to the hungry, and of thy garments to them that are naked; and according to thine abundance give alms: and let not thine eye be envious, when thou givest alms. 17 Pour out thy bread on the burial of the just, but give nothing to the wicked. That is foolish! For what? They're dead. They don't need it! Also, "...give none to sinners" is directly against Christ's words in Luke 6:30, "Give to everyone who asks of you," and Paul's words in Romans 12:20.

 

Now in this book we find multiple errors and false doctrines  in a book that proclaims to exalt wisdom 
Sirach (Ecclesiasticus)

 

The opening preface of this book:The Wisdom of Jesus the Son of Sirach,or Ecclesiasticus A Prologue made by an uncertain Author This Jesus was the son of Sirach, and grandchild to Jesus of the same name with him: this man therefore lived in the latter times, after the people had been led away captive, and called home a again, and almost after all the prophets.

 

Notice right at the start “ An UNKNOW AUTHOR”.

 

Now as you read further down you’ll come to this “An open admission of a privately interpreted book” completely establish the fact that this not scripture (see 2 Pet 1:20)

 

For in the eight and thirtieth year coming into Egypt, when Euergetes was king, and continuing there some time, I found a book of no small learning: therefore I thought it most necessary for me to bestow some diligence and travail to interpret it; 

 

Corrupts the teaching about the Fear of the Lord

(Ecclesiaticus 1:14)

{1:14} To fear the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and it was created with the faithful in the womb.

 

Contains Foolishness like this, concerning  the appearance of a man which is contrary to both the Holy Scriptures of  Old Testament and the New Testament

Ecclesiaticus(Sirach 19:29-30)

 

{19:29} A man may be known by his look, and one that hath understanding by his countenance, when thou meetest him.{19:30} A man’s attire, and excessive laughter, and gait, shew what he is

 

WHICH IS CONTRARY TO SOUND DOCTRINE LIKE THE FOLLOWING PASSAGES

 

But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart    1 Samuel 16:7

 

 

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Proverbs 23:7

 

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.​

John 7:24

 

 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;

 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Sirach (Ecclesiasticus 49:4)

{49:4} All, except David and Ezekias and Josias, were defective: for they forsook the law of the most High, even the kings of Juda failed.

Because David did that which was right in the eyes of the LORD, and turned not aside from any thing that he commanded him all the days of his life, save only in the matter of Uriah the Hittite. 1 Kings 15:5

 

Another lie is that Enoch” was take from the Earth”

Sirach (Ecclesiasticus 49:14)

 

{49:14} But upon the earth was no man created like Enoch; for he was taken from the earth. 

 

This is another GROSS APOCRYPHA  LIE.....BECAUSE ENOCH IS DEAD AND NOT IN HEAVEN according to the statement “these All Died “ in Hebrew 11 chapter which Included Enoch too and the Apostle Peter wrote that EIGHT SOULS , NOT NINE were saved from the other side of the flood.(see 1 Pet 3:20)

Based on Hebrews 9:27, "And as it is appointed unto men ONCE TO DIE, but after this the judgment:" and Hebrews 11:13, "THESE ALL DIED IN FAITH, NOT HAVING RECEIVED THE PROMISES," we must conclude that Enoch died the first death. To believe Enoch did not die and was taken from the earth according to the Apocrypha  IS TO CONFLICT WITH AND DENY THE PLAIN WORD OF MANY OTHER SCRIPTURES AS WELL. For example, Romans 5:12, "...SO DEATH PASSED UPON ALL MEN, FOR THAT ALL HAVE SINNED" and Romans 5:14, "...DEATH REIGNED FROM ADAM TO MOSES, even over them that had not sinned." ARE WE TO BELIEVE THAT ENOCH DID NOT SIN? Are we to believe that a man who was not yet cleansed of sin by the blood of Jesus could be made immortal to dwell in God's presence? He was not Take to heaven, just to another place  to die.

the Apocrypha wasn't included in the King James version with the warning statement of the last chapter of the book of revelations “ if any man shall add …or take away from this book” ?

The King James translators never considered the Apocrypha the word of God and the warning statements found in Deuteronmy 4:2 and Proverbs 30:5-7 was also present before the Apocrypha was written but pro apocrypha users love to ignore these passages:

Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.(Deuteronomy 4:2)

Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel (Gen 4:1) unto the blood of Zacharias (2 Chr 24:20-21) son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.(Matthews 23:35-36)

Here's what Jesus the Author and finisher of our faith specifically recognized and acknowledged

as the scriptures  

 

And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures (Luke 24:44-45)

Notice Jesus omission of the writings called the Apocrypha. 
 

Clearly after close examination of the writings found in the  Apocrypha it exposes  the false doctrines and  contradictions’ of the Apocrypha as view above and its writings clearly violates God warning of “ ADDING TO GOD’S WORD”.

In 1599, TWELVE YEARS BEFORE the King James Bible was published, King James said this about the Apocrypha: 
"As to the Apocriphebookes, I OMIT THEM because I am no Papist (as I said before)..."

Not only this, but the sixth article of the Thirty-nine Articles of the Church of England (1571 edition) states: 
"In the name of the Holy, we do vnderstande those canonical bookes of the olde and newe Testament, of whose authoritie was never any doubt in the Churche..."
 

Now concerning the apocrypha he states,

 
"And the other bookes, (as Hierome sayeth), the Churche doth reade for example of life and instruction of manners: but yet doth it not applie them to establish any doctrene ".

The Apocrypha began to be omitted from the Authorized Version in 1629. Puritans and Presbyterians lobbied for the complete removal of the Apocrypha from the Bible and in 1825 the British and Foreign Bible Society agreed. From that time on, the Apocrypha has been eliminated from practically all English Bibles--Catholic Bibles and some pulpit Bibles excluded. 

 

 

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

(Numbers 23:19)

 

Thus the KJV as we have it today in it's early church format of 66 book has been established ever since because the THE LORD MADE THE KJV GOOD WITHOUT THE APOCRYPHA SINCE 1825

which is the same format of the early church before the 3rd and 4th century rise of Paganized Christianity 

 

And remember "I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth".(John2:21)
